三宿タイニーテラス Mishuku Tiny Terrace
東京都世田谷区にある地下2階、地上3階建てのRC造のテナントビルである。
The building is a RC tenant building with two basement floors and three above-ground floors located in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
クライアントからのオーダーはデザイン性を兼ねた収益物件の実現。間口の狭い敷地に対して、地下空間を設けることによりテナント部分を最大限に確保する計画とした。
The client's order was to realize an income-producing property with a good design. The site has a narrow frontage, and we planned to maximize the tenant area by creating a basement space.
2階から4階は住戸あるいはオフィスを想定した利用計画とし、1階及び地下1階は主に飲食店を目的とした計画としている。
The second through fourth floors are planned for residential or office use, while the first and basement floors are primarily intended for restaurants.
外観はできるだけシャープでトレンドに流されないデザインとしている。2023年現在、このテナントビルは、シーシャバーやサロンなどでこだわりを持つオーナーが集まり、満室状態となっている。
The exterior design is as sharp and trendy as possible, and as of 2023, the tenant building is fully occupied, with owners who are particular about their shisha bars and salons.
